First time and one time cleaning uses an hourly rate:
One team member $25/hr
Two team members $50/hr
Three team members $75/hr

Flat rates are available by in person quotes only.

Houses
2-3 bedroom, 2 bath: $100/$120
4-5 bed, 3+ bath: $140/$200

$80 an hour for two team members
$120 an hour for three team members

$1.35 per lb., includes pick up & drop off

General Clean Up
$25 per hour per team member

.25 cents per sq. ft.

Construction Clean Up
$30 per hour per team member (4 hour sq. ft. minimum)
or
.39 cents per sq. ft. (500 sq. ft. minimum)
